Terms and Conditions

All accounts are COD until a credit application has been completed, reviewed and approved.  It is agreed that the buyer will pay all invoices in accordance with the stated terms (Austin Turf & Tractor Standard Credit Terms) and that finance charges may be assessed on delinquent invoices at the rate of 1½ % per month until paid in full, together with any court costs, attorney's fees and costs of collection the seller may incur in enforcing the terms of this agreement.  It is also agreed that this or any other contemporaneous or subsequent agreement will be governed as to validity, interpretation, construction, effect and in all other respects by the laws of the State of Texas. 

Required Attachments

To process your application, we require copies of your most recent annual financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and accompanying footnotes.  If the annual statements are more than nine months old, also supply financial statements for the latest two quarters.

You may fax your financial statements and any other information that you feel will assist us in processing your application to 775-628-7095.

If you have indicated above that you are tax exempt, please fax a copy of the applicable tax exemption certificate for your state to 775-628-7095.
