Austin Turf & Tractor was started in 1992, with an idea …. to provide our Golf & Sports Turf customers the BEST SERVICE in the industry.  Today, we still believe     that Service is the most important factor to properly take care of our Customers! 

Our commitment to excellence has allowed our company territory to grow steadily over the years: 

• 1992: Golf & Specialty Turf - Central & South Texas: including Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and the Valley       
• 1996: Golf & Specialty Turf - New Mexico: including the whole state of New Mexico and El Paso=
• 1998: Golf & Specialty Turf - North Texas: including Dallas, Ft. Worth, Waco, Amarillo, Abilene, Tyler, and Longview 
• 2004: One Source - Texas & New Mexico
• 2005: Commercial Mowing - North Texas: including Dallas, Ft. Worth

In this time, we have not changed our company philosophy.  We believe that our job is to provide our Customers with Exceptional Assistance in the supply, maintenance, service, and financing for their equipment and soft good needs.

Parts Fulfillment:  Austin Turf & Tractor and John Deere provide the fastest and most efficient parts fulfillment in the     industry.  With three locations, supported by nine regional John Deere parts warehouses, Austin Turf & Tractor offers a 97.5% overnight fill rate.  We also offer the option of on-site Parts Consignment to out larger volume customers.   Result: Reduced Downtime, Reduced Labor Cost, Increased Productivity

Service Excellence:  Austin Turf  & Tractor provides a higher level of Service to our Customers.  In most cases service calls are scheduled within 24 hours.  We know that there is a limited amount of turf maintenance time and equipment downtime must be minimized.  Our technicians are regularly trained at the John Deere factory to insure that they are up to date on the latest technology.  For or larger volume customers, arrangement can be made for your technician to attend John Deere’s school to get hands on factory training.  Austin Turf & Tractor also offers On-Site Reel Grinding Services & Maintenance Contracts.
